Yes! The reduction of the stubborn fat pockets is irreversible, making the Lipodissolve injections a permanent solution to rid fat in the specific treatment area. 

Please keep in mind that weight gain will contribute to development of new fat pockets over time. 

• It is an amazing alternative for individuals who cannot afford to have downtime after an invasive surgery such as the typical liposuction procedure. You are able to return to work the same day!

• Results are generally significant and noticeable within the first treatment session. However, for maximum results we do suggest completing at least 1-4 sessions dependent upon the amount of fat in the treatment area. 

• It takes little to no time! The injections are carefully distributed anywhere from 15 minutes to 1 hour dependent upon the treatment area. 

The idea individual to receive Lipodissolve injections:

• Good metabolism
• BMI below 30 (if you're BMI is above 30, it is not a contradiction to receiving the injections. The Nurse Practitioner will discuss in further detail during your consult)
• Post-liposuction resulting in unevenness or lumps
• Does not have excessive loose skin within the area being treated
• Able to follow a high-protein, low fat diet during the treatment sessions

Absolute contraindications to receiving Lipodissolve injections:

• Pregnancy or breastfeeding
• Auto Immune conditions (EXCEPTIONS: Hashimoto's, Thyroiditis, Rheumatoid Arthritis)
• Liver or Renal failure
• Active infection in the area wanting to be treated

Please make sure to report your full health history to the Nurse Practitioner during the consult. Make sure to report history of microangiopathy and vascular insufficiency, diabetic status, use of anticoagulants, past or present use of chemotherapy, allergy to soy or its origin, scarring or increased pigmentation to areas on the body after receiving any type of injections in the past. 

At your consult, the Nurse Practitioner will explain in detail the pre-treatment instructions. You will be given a folder with these instructions to take home with you as well.

10 days PRIOR to receiving the injections, we ask you to AVOID the following:

• Willow Bark or Gingko Biloba supplements

5 days PRIOR to receiving the injections, we ask you to AVOID the following:

• Aspirin, Vitamin E, Anti-inflammatory drugs such as Motrin, Advil, Aleve (Ibuprofen)

24 hours PRIOR to receiving the injections, we ask you to LIMIT the following:

• Caffeine intake

On the morning of receiving the injections, we ask you to DO the following:

• Wash the area to be treated vigorously with antibacterial soap
• Do not use any lotions, creams, bath oils, or sprays on the areas to be treated
• Drink at least 72 oz of water
• Apply Arnica Cream 2+ hours before receiving the injections
• Eat a LIGHT, HIGH-PROTEIN meal 2-4 hours before receiving the injections

For the first 48 hours after the injections, we ask you to AVOID the following:

• Hot baths
• Vigorous exercise routines
• Application of lotions or creams to the treated area that are not recommended by the Nurse Practitioner
• Sunbathing/Suntanning 

For the first 2 WEEKS after the injections, we ask you to AVOID the following:

• Hot tubs (over 102 degrees F)
• Saunas
